    The artist will describe her inspiration and technique and include images of a painting at different stages of completion. The event is free and open to the public. Ms. Haramati’s exhibit, “Scenes of Northern California” will be up through May at the KOH Library & Cultural Center on the campus of Mosaic Law Congregation, located at 2300 Sierra Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95825.
